Kristin is the owner and clinical director for Allied Counseling Group. She offers evaluations, family interventions, group facilitation, individual, family and relationship therapy. Kristin is also a D.O.T certified SAP and participates in two EAP networks for D. 0. T. services. Ms. Milne is the professional advisor for the local SMART Recovery network and is on the board of directors for Frederick County CASA, offering CASA volunteers training in addiction disorders. She is published in several national professional journals and is a charter member and Treasurer of the Maryland Private Addictions Providers non-profit association. She participated in the Juvenile Task Force Committee under the direction of the Hon. G. Edward Dwyer, Jr., and was invited to participate in the Frederick County Drug Court initiative training and steering committees. Ms. Milne-Glasser is certified by the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium and the Maryland Addiction Professional Counselor Board and the West Virginia Addiction Professional Counselor Board, and licensed by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists (#LCA202). She completed her master's degree at McDaniel College (formerly Western Maryland College) in 1992 after teaching English in secondary schools for 14 years. Ms. Milne-Glasser created The Annex at Allied Counseling Group as a respite and recovery program for individuals seeking transitional living while participating in treatment. She also provides EAP consulting and program development for area businesses and employers. Ms. Milne-Glasser is married to Dr. Robert Glasser, who also serves as program administrator. |

Amanda Gram is an addictions counselor trainee who also specializes in methadone treatment for opiate abuser disorders, as well as providing services in alcohol and other drug abuse intervention and treatment. Amanda is currently seeking her master's degree in social work and is an intern at the Way Station in Frederick part-time. She facilitates groups and provides evaluation, intake, and discharge planning services at Allied Counseling Group.

Dianne facilitates the anger management and Domestic Violence Batterers' Intervention Treatment Program, as well as provides individual and family counseling. She specializes in adolescent behavior management and counseling services. She is also a national certified counselor with the American Counseling Association and is the chair of the Guidance and Counseling Department for Linganore High School in Frederick County. Dianne is also an addictions counselor trainee. |

Dawn provides evaluation and intake services for clients seeking admission for addictive disorder therapy and trauma treatment. Dawn specializes in addictive disorders and mental health disorders associated with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, sexual abuse, and domestic violence. Dawn has extensive experience in facilitating group therapy for co-occurring disorders and providing individual therapy for PTSD and other trauma syndromes. Dawn is currently seeking her master's degree in mental health counseling and social work. She is also a therapist for Recovery Resources in Glen Burnie, MD

Marci Hollar, Office Assistant Marci provides administrative support for clients and staff. |
Josh Lewis, Office Manager Josh supervises and manages all aspects of the administration office operations at Allied Counseling. Group as well as manages all accounts payable and receivable. Marci also manages the pre-certification and authorization for all insurance admissions. He is also an administrative support staff person for the Guidance Department at Linganore High School and is seeking his master's degree in social work. |
