The Annex at Allied Counseling Group offers transitional living for 1 to 6 months for individuals who are seeking sover living at a supervised facility that allows clients to work while optimizing the benefits of participating in counseling and life coaching in preperation for independent living.
1. Drug testing on demand by parental request is not conducted in this agency unless the adolescent has enrolled for treatment services and completes and evaluation.
2. Adolescents must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian to enroll in treatment and to make the initial evaluation appointment.
3. Adolescents must sign a release of information for staff to coordinate treatment planning efforts and report relapse to parents and with parents. If applicable, a DJS case manager release of information, as well as an attorney release of information, must also be executed and witnessed by the adolescent and his/her parent.
4. If the adolescent's parents' last name is different than the adolescent's last name, please indicate on payment agreement that a third party check with a different last name will be issued for payment of services.
Allied Counseling Group does not currently offer treatment for eating disorders and sexual offenders treatment.
Allied Counseling Group does not offer psychological and psychiatric evaluations but does refer to local psychologists and psychiatrists for these services. Allied Counseling also partners with Linganore Counseling and Wellness in New Market.
